The director of OHR is Dr. Osguthorpe who is a Fellow in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine, USA. He has been a Special Forces Medic in Vietnam and in various US bases around the world.

Dr. Osguthorpe has been researching anti-aging and cancer during the last two decades and is the formulator of F-989™, EZPAK™, and ReaLife Lyme™.
